'''Waste Industries USA, Inc.''' — The Group's principal activity is to render integrated solid waste services. The services rendered by the Group include waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services. It serves commercial, residential and industrial customers. As of 31-Mar-2007, the operations are conducted through 35 collection centers, 29 transfer stations, approximately 72 county convenience drop-off centers, 12 recycling facilities and 9 landfills, serving more than 700,000 municipal, residential, commercial and industrial service locations. The Group acquired D&D Disposal, Southland Disposal and A Plus Disposal, Inc. It operates solely in the domestic market.
