Milson Printing started business in [[1965]] in a small shop on Duval Street in Key West, Florida. As the business expanded, it moved in [[1974]] to a larger facility in town on Caroline Street, and then again moved in [[1998]] to its present location in Memphis, where the owner could be closer to the blues music he so loves.

In [[2007]], the founders of Cloud[8]Sixteen, Inc. formed The Search Engine Guys, after recognizing a need for more distinctly client-driven web design and SEO solutions in the legal industry. Committed to providing clients with outstanding service, developing lasting relationships, and using a model of regional exclusivity or partnership for specific legal practice areas, the company quickly grew and attracted clients in key markets. As it became apparent that the importance of a company's online presence would continue to increase and there was not enough being done to address direct interaction with prospective customers and clients, Ngage was launched in [[2008]] as an affiliated business dedicated to delivering an effective and affordable live chat solution. Pinnacle Positions (a division of Cloud[8]Sixteen, Inc.) was founded in 2009 to conduct market research and analysis in order to help clients to extend their reach beyond organic search results and into paid advertising placement. Pinnacle Positions also designs PPC ad campaigns and is frequently able to obtain a desirable conversion rate while keeping campaigns cost-effective.

These varied endeavors all addressed the ability of businesses to reach customers through their computer screens, but with the advent of smartphones and the ever-expanding utility and demand for mobile apps to assist and entertain smart phone users, the founders identified the urgency of being able to connect to clients and potential clients at any time and in any place. The company's answer for this new wrinkle in the digital playing field was Big Momma Apps, a division which designs and develops custom mobile apps

for clients in a variety of industries. More than 250 apps have been built by Big Momma Apps and are now available in the marketplace for Apple and Android phones.

To allow for more fluid engagement between these varied enterprises in order to better respond to the needs of clients, the operations were all united under the banner of Cloud[8]Sixteen, Inc. in 2011.
