Prior to entering the legal field, Andrew served with the New York City Police Department for twenty years, patrolling some of the toughest neighborhoods in New York City.  His experience with the NYPD has given him insight into the values of integrity and tradition, as well as understanding of the importance of ethics and professionalism. While still in the police force, Andrew attended night classes for law school, graduating in 1997 from Tuoro Law School, he gained admittance to the Connecticut State Bar the same year, and the New York Bar in 1998.
