JobVirtue (also known as JobVirtue.com) is a job and resume network catering to Canadian and US employment markets. The website’s aim is to connect employers and prospective employees – helping job hunters find work, and simplifying the recruitment process for companies looking to hire. Candidates can post their text resume and video resume, and take part in the active JobVirtue Social Network. Employers can post job listings, review job applications, and conduct video chat-job interviews through the site. With headquarters in Toronto, JobVirtue boasts over one million registered members. It offers its services in both English and French. It was launched in 2008 and has been growing at a rapid pace.
