Kristopher Mullins (born April 23, 1985) is an American entrepreneur and actor known for his work in special effects for music videos and a variety of business ventures. He has founded numerous companies, including iLikeThatDJ Ent., KCM Investments, CryoFX, Co2 Cannon, HollywoodSpecialFX, Project Green Advancements, Mullins & McGinn Publishing, SanitizeFX, and Founders Field Day.

Early Life and Education

Mullins began his higher education at San Diego City College, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Electronic Music Production in 2004. He then obtained an Associate of Science in Engineering from Coastline Community College in 2005. The following year, he completed an Associate of Arts in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Marketing at Platt College. Mullins continued his studies, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Video Production, Marketing, and Branding in 2008, and later a Bachelor of Applied Science in Music from San Diego City College in 2011.

In 2021, Mullins received a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Academy of Applied Psychology. He also earned an NCI-2 certification in behavior profiling from Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence University in 2025.

Career

Special Effects and Acting

Mullins has worked as a special effects supervisor on several music videos, including Don Diablo & Matt Nash's Starlight (Could You Be Mine) (2014), Nicky Romero & Nervo's Like Home (2013), and Nicky Romero's Take Me (2016) featuring Colton Avery.

His on-screen appearances include music videos for Legacy (2013) by Nicky Romero & Krewella and Take Me (2016) by Nicky Romero. In 2013, he and his brother, Kenny Mullins, were featured on the television show Total Blackout. The brothers also performed together as the musical duo DJ Kray-Z-K and Jakato.[1]

Business Career

Mullins founded CryoFX LLC, a company that specializes in CO₂ special effects for immersive experiences, and has collaborated with companies like Electronic Arts (EA).[2][3] CryoFX LLC was involved in the special effects for the Mass Effect: New Earth attraction at California’s Great America.[3] Additionally, he co-founded Mullins & McGinn Publishing, a firm dedicated to digital content and website management. In reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic, he established SanitizeFX, a company that produces sanitation products.

From 2024 to 2025, Mullins held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Capital Max.[4][5][6][7] He is also associated with Legends Equity Group, a network focused on investment and entrepreneurship.[8]

In the logistics sector, Mullins has contributed to the development of AI-powered analytics, digital tracking systems, and automated dispatching. He has also been involved in creating strategic approaches to digital branding and marketing and has presented on subjects such as AI-assisted employee onboarding, brand automation, and the use of AI-generated voice in corporate branding.[9][10][11]

Mullins has also weighed in on the gaming industry, showing support for tools that help build in-game communities.[12] Regarding retail trading, he has pointed out weaknesses in digital infrastructure and called for technological upgrades to handle higher trading volumes and avoid system failures.[13]

He created the Virtual Scaling Accelerator Program and the V.E.T.E.R.A.N.S. Blueprint Framework, both of which are designed to foster business growth and marketing automation.[14][15]

Mullins is a frequent participant in public discussions on topics like business development, marketing, and automation. Since 2022, he has been part of the Grant Cardone 10X Business Coach Program.
