As can be seen from the wiki source, it's a simple reference to a custom built application hosted on another server. By incorporating &amp;amp; combining dynamic feed data with useful reference models (eg maps), these types of applications can provide useful information to targeted readers.&lt;br /&gt;

Note also that the application itself can be muli-layered ie it has tabs for different actions &amp;amp; drill down activities. This frees Centiare from a ''flat'' information paradigm and essentially makes it an interactive deployment platform within the construct of any particular listing.
