This screen-capture grab indicates that Juliancolton, as a minor (under age 18) volunteer administrator of Wikimedia Commons, was active in management of a pornographic picture file that was eventually deleted from Wikimedia servers, as it was questionable whether or not the photo's subject was herself a child.
