==History==

The company was founded in June 2004 as Apogee Design, Inc. by Joseph Frazier and Beto Paredes to develop websites for clients. Working into the direct online marketing arena the company changed it's name to ApogeeInvent in November of 2004. In October of 2007 <ref>[http://www.autosearchtech.com]</ref>Auto Search Technologies was launched as a subsidiary company to work within the online automotive industry. Product2Web<ref>[http://www.product2web.com]</ref>, a second subsidiary company, was launched in March of 2008 as a full service e-commerce solution.
