Students are encouraged to complete at least 3 lessons per week, and no more than 7 lessons per week. ===Intensive Training Course - Lessons 1-12=== The Intensive Training Course is a detailed study of separate techniques used in memorizing. Students can expect a gradual increase in the volume of information that can be memorized at a given time; up to 100 elements. They will also gain a much more powerful stability of attention.
