فغالبا يضطرون إلى زيارة عدد كبير من المحلات لحد قد يصل إلى نسيان المحل الذي تواجد لديه ما رغبوا به. أيضا، لينتقلوا من محل إلى آخر ربما يعانون من الزحام الشديد لساعات طويلة ، ولا داعي لذكر المعاناة من التقلبات الجوية . أحيانا، قد يجدوا أن الميزانية المحددة قد نفذت قبل الانتهاء من شراء أهم الاشياء التي يحتاجونها. من منظور آخر يوجد العديد من محلات الأثاث التي تتوافر لديها معروضات مميزة بأسعار مناسبة، لكن الباحثين عن الأثاث لا يعلمون بوجود مثل هذه المحلات .
أدركت شركة هذه الفجوة وشغلتها بإنشاء موقع يكون بمثابة نقطة الالتقاء بين الباحثين عن الأثاث وديكورات وتجهيزات المنزل والمحلات التي تتوافر لديها هذه المنتجات، فالموقع "متلفش" بمثابة معرض إلكتروني يتوافر بيه منتجات من كافة المحلات المتخصصة في أثاث وديكورات أي منزل بجميع مراحل تجهيز البيت بحيث يمكن للباحث عن الأثاث الدخول ومشاهدة المنتجات بتوصيفاتها وصورها ومعرفة السعر ، ثم اختيار ما إذا كان هذا ما يحتاجه أم لا ويشاهد المزيد من المنتجات المماثلة ليقرر ما يناسبه وكل ذلك وهو في بيته أو حيثما كان.
