These roles allowed him to widen his horizon with his career in business management, exposing him to the dynamics of large organisation with international dealings. By 1996, he joined Balle Bros Fresh Produce Group as Finance Manager, and progressed to Commercial Manager, and then to his current position with Balle Bros Fresh Produce Group as Managing Director of the company.

One of his kick-off projects when he started with Balle Bros Group was the implementation of a financial reporting system, this helped systemised the financial workflow of the company. After this, Dacey developed and strategized the company's business relationship to both local and overseas market. One can say that his experience with international trade has helped him a lot in steering the company to its correct course over a three year period.
