They managed properties for years owned by a limited partnership, known as Bankra Partners LP, that Donkra was the general partner of. Over time, members of the Alexandria investment property community who came to know of their work and the management they did on behalf of Bankra would ask them to manage other properties for them. Finally, in 2009, they decided to formalize and launch their 3rd-party management services under the new brand Alexandria Property Management.

Milson Printing started business in [[1965]] in a small shop on Duval Street in Key West, Florida. As the business expanded, it moved in [[1974]] to a larger facility in town on Caroline Street, and then again moved in [[1998]] to its present location in Memphis, where the owner could be closer to the blues music he so loves.
